How you’ll make an impact:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager or Associate Director, Feasibility Analytics & Insights to serve as the analytical and technical lead within Clinical Trial Planning and Feasibility. This individual will develop and advance the data, analytical methodologies, tools, and insights that enable evidence-based feasibility and enrollment planning across the clinical portfolio. The role will integrate internal performance data, external benchmarks, patient and epidemiology data, and competitive intelligence to generate robust analyses and decision-support capabilities. Working in close partnership with the Director of Clinical Trial Planning and Feasibility, the individual will translate complex data into actionable insights that inform and continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of clinical trial planning.

• Lead analytics supporting clinical trial feasibility and enrollment strategy, integrating epidemiology, patient population, competitive trial, historical performance, site/investigator, and external benchmark data to inform study planning and execution.
• Develop enrollment forecasts and scenario analysis to evaluate country allocation, site requirements, recruitment assumptions, enrollment timelines, and key feasibility risks.
• Translate complex internal and external data into actionable recommendations for study teams, Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, and portfolio leadership.
• Monitor study performance against feasibility assumptions, including enrollment, site activation, startup timelines, and other key operational metrics, and identify emerging risks and opportunities for trial optimization.
• Support feedback loops between predicted and actual trial performance to continuously improve feasibility assumptions, benchmarks, forecasting methodologies, and future study planning.
• Assess the competitive clinical trial landscape to understand competing studies, patient and site competition, treatment landscape dynamics, and other factors that may affect study feasibility and enrollment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations that monitor clinical trial performance including enrollment, site activation, study milestones and operational metrics.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring analytical outputs are accurate, reproducible, timely, and fit for decision-making.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, Program Management, and other stakeholders to define analytical questions.
• Drive automation and standardization of feasibility analytics and reporting, reducing manual processes and improving the accessibility and consistency of insights across the portfolio.
• Prepare and communicate executive-level analyses and recommendations supporting study strategy, portfolio planning, and clinical development decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes through data visualization and analytics tools.
• Support portfolio planning and decision-making through data-driven analyses and competitive intelligence.

Skills and experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Public Health, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical trial feasibility reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or clinical operations within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry. Experience supporting immunology or inflammation clinical development programs preferred.
• Experience supporting clinical development or clinical operations organizations.
• Strong analytical experience leveraging multiple data sources
• Proficiency with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting.
• Strong experience with clinical trial metrics, study operations, and the drug development process.
• Experience conducting competitive intelligence research using sources such as ClinicalTrials.gov, scientific publications, conference presentations, and regulatory announcements.
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, or other clinical data systems and knowledge of Power Query, Python, or other reporting automation tools preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks

Compensation

• Kymera offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both results and capabilities through market-based, performance-driven pay.
• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $145,000 – $240,000, with eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
• Actual salary is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate’s depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.
