Valley City Linen is seeking a goal oriented, customer focused leader to join our Oak Park team as Branch Manager. We specialize in providing linen, uniform, and facility services to a wide range of businesses. To find out more about our story, visit our website. Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate customer retention and sales growth within existing accounts. Recruit, hire, train, and motivate Route Representatives and Route Supervisors. Investigate and resolve customer service issues. Communicate regularly with customers via phone, email, and in person. Participate in collection efforts as needed. Keep fleet and transportation costs within budget. Monitor GPS records to decrease mileage and improve efficiency of the routes. Maintain compliance with all MDOT requirements. Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook. General knowledge of MDOT and Fleet Insurance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
