Welcome to Buck Financial Inc., We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Services Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This role combines administrative support with client outreach responsibilities, including outbound calling and appointment setting. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to financial representatives
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with client onboarding and follow-up communications
- Manage calendars, emails, and office coordination tasks
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with financial industry standards
- Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
