What We’re Looking For Experienced Leadership You bring 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, including at least 2 years in a General Manager role within a full‑service, guest‑focused environment. Hospitality-Driven Mindset You understand that great service starts from the top. You’re committed to building a culture where every guest feels seen, valued, and welcomed. Team Development You’re a mentor at heart. You invest in your people, nurture their growth, and help them thrive. Operational Excellence You know how to balance the demands of a scratch kitchen, a high‑performing bar, and a busy dining room, all while keeping quality and consistency at the forefront. Strategic & Detail-Oriented You’re confident in managing budgets, labor, and inventory, while also keeping a close eye on guest feedback, team dynamics, and the overall vibe of the restaurant.
