Location: Aumsville, OR
Pay: $120,000-$155,000/year + Bonus Potential
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift


Take the next step in your accounting and finance career as a Controller. This leadership role is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy driving financial performance, improving business operations, and partnering with leadership teams to make strategic decisions. You'll play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy while helping guide the future growth and success of the organization.


What You'll Do:
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance
• Oversee job costing, WIP reporting, and revenue recognition
• Analyze production costs, labor expenses, and project profitability
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits
• Lead and develop accounting team members
• Partner with leadership to improve financial and operational performance


What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based industries
• Strong understanding of job costing, WIP accounting, and revenue recognition
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and accountability
