I'm partnering with a well-established commercial real estate owner and operator that is looking to add an experienced Senior Property Manager to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong tenant relationships while overseeing all aspects of commercial property operations, financial performance, and vendor management. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll have significant autonomy managing a high-quality portfolio and will play an integral role in maintaining exceptional tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring outstanding customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and capital improvement projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate service contracts, and oversee preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist with annual budgets, CAM reconciliations, invoice approvals, collections, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvement projects.
- Ensure properties remain professionally maintained, compliant, and tour-ready at all times.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on operational initiatives and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial building operations, maintenance, construction, and building systems.
- Experience managing operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, vendor contracts, and tenant relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- CPM designation or active pursuit of CPM certification is a plus.
