What You'll Do
As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading restaurant operations during your shift while creating an environment where both guests and team members have a great experience.
Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and motivate team members throughout each shift
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest leaves satisfied
• Coach team members while reinforcing company standards and expectations
• Maintain food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and order accuracy
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations as needed
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed
• Execute opening and closing procedures
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Lead by example while supporting both the front and back of house
