Role Snapshot Supportive and collaborative leaders that are accessible and responsive: Our staff are critical thinkers who take the "analysis" part of their jobs seriously Caseload and Hours: Small caseloads – you value a healthy work-life balance and we do too Part time and full time opportunities Monday to Friday - No weekends Location: This is an in person BCBA role – services are primarily in Long Beach & South Bay, CA BCBA’s may provide in-home, community-based, and/or center-based services at the center in Long Beach, CA Requirements for the Role Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 1+ years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) 1+ years of experience developing, implementing, and monitoring ABA-based intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral disorders, across different settings and funding sources.
