Electronics Quality Engineer Sr

Job Summary We are a Quality professional supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area at the Electronics Production Center (EPC) in Clearwater, Florida. This role works with program teams, Quality Program Managers, Manufacturing Program Managers, and engineering teams to ensure product quality and delivery standards for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs), cables, and box‑level assemblies. Responsibilities Collaborate with program teams across multiple Lockheed Martin sites to deliver high‑quality CCAs, box assemblies, cables, and related hardware components to internal customers. Lead identification of root causes and implementation of corrective actions, evaluate process and product performance (via non‑conformance analysis), support continuous improvement initiatives, and work with production/engineering teams to ensure compliance to requirements. Provide QA support for hardware change control boards (configuration, change, and engineering review boards) and customer acceptance reviews. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analytics platforms such as Tableau and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Leverage predictive and automation‑based quality tools, AI systems, and automated processes to enhance inspection and testing efficiencies while driving proactive improvements. Actively engage in advanced manufacturing initiatives, including Additive Manufacturing, Rapid Prototyping, Lean Manufacturing, automation technologies, and Computer‑Aided Inspections. Qualifications STEM degree at Bachelor's level or higher. 3+ years of electronics manufacturing or similar experience. Comprehensive understanding of AS9100 standards. Ability to interpret drawings and specifications. Ability to lead RCCA investigations and oversee implementation of preventive actions. Skilled in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Skills Experience with Solumina or Apriso manufacturing execution software. Experience with Tableau visualization software. Experience with control and disposition of non‑conforming material (Material Review Board). Knowledge of data analytics/statistics with ability to perform under minimal guidance.
