Program Security Representative II (Wright-Patterson AFB) Salary range: $100,000.00‑$107,000.00 per year. Overview HRUCKUS, a veteran‑owned management consulting firm, is recruiting a Program Security Representative II for a role supporting the United States Air Force at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and 8‑10 years of experience in multi‑discipline security support for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral data. Responsibilities Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, DoD Supplement, DCID, ICD, SAP policy, and related procedures. Assist in developing and executing policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI and collateral data. Provide day‑to‑day security support, continuously assessing procedures to identify and recommend improvements. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities. Assist in developing, implementing, and training the Operations Security (OPSEC) program. Assist in providing contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight. Brief personnel at all levels on security related topics. Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow‑on reviews, and facility close‑outs. Monitor, report, and track corrective actions from compliance reviews. Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to technical and management staff. Conduct investigations of loss or compromise of classified and/or sensitive information, generating damage assessments. Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into the SAP security education and awareness program. Qualifications 8‑10 years of related experience in multi‑discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data. Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4 years). Certifications Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) — counts toward 3 years of experience. Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) — counts toward 5 years of experience. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years. Security Clearance Must possess current TS/SCI eligibility and eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information. Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph.
