Client Facilitator Supervisor (ADC)

(Facility-Based Program) Reports To: Assistant Director or Director Supervises: Client Facilitators and assigned direct-care staff Agency: INDayProgramsAC, LLC Program Type: Facility-Based Adult Development Center (ADC) Licensing: Community Care Licensing (CCL) & San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) Position Summary The Client Facilitator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily work of Client Facilitators within the Adult Development Center (ADC). This role ensures that participants receive safe, high-quality, and compliant services in accordance with Individual Service Plans (ISPs), CCL regulations, and SDRC requirements. The Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, training, and oversight to direct-care staff while supporting daily program operations, participant safety, documentation accuracy, and staff development. This position is primarily facility-based , with responsibility for supervising staff during on-site programming and scheduled community outings using company-owned vehicles. This role requires professional competence, leadership ability, emotional resilience, and physical capability to work in a dynamic environment that may involve behavioral support, personal care oversight, and crisis response. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Supervise, support, and evaluate Client Facilitators and assigned staff Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and direction to direct-care staff Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new Client Facilitators Monitor staff performance and address concerns through coaching or corrective action, in coordination with management Ensure adequate staffing coverage and compliance with required staff-to-client ratios Program Operations Oversee daily program activities within the facility and during community outings Ensure activities align with participant ISPs and program goals Support staff in managing challenging behaviors using approved, non-aversive techniques Assist with scheduling, coverage, and operational coordination Participant Oversight Ensure participant safety, dignity, and well-being at all times Monitor the delivery of personal care supports (feeding, toileting, hygiene) to ensure proper technique and respect Respond to incidents, emergencies, or unexpected situations and ensure proper follow-up Documentation & Compliance Review staff documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Ensure compliance with CCL regulations, Title 22/17 requirements, and SDRC standards Support incident reporting, mandated reporting, and follow-up documentation Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews Communicate with management regarding program operations, staffing needs, and concerns Collaborate with Case Managers, Program Directors, and administrative staff Maintain professional communication with families, vendors, and SDRC representatives as directed Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations Professional Conduct and Reporting Responsibilities Employees must perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism Any work-related injury or illness must be reported promptly and truthfully to a supervisor INDayProgramsAC supports employees who report legitimate workplace injuries in good faith; retaliation is strictly prohibited Submitting knowingly false, fraudulent, or misleading reports (including fabricated or exaggerated workers’ compensation claims) is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and referral to insurers or law enforcement Employees are expected to cooperate fully with any investigation of reported incidents or claims Emotional Resilience and Support Supervisors are expected to maintain professional emotional boundaries and composure when supporting staff and participants INDayProgramsAC provides access to support resources while expecting supervisors to manage normal job-related stress consistent with professional responsibilities Minimum Qualifications At least 18 years of age Health screening and TB test clearance Current First Aid and CPR certification (maintained throughout employment) DOJ and FBI criminal background clearance Minimum of three (3) years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead, mentor, or supervisory role preferred Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to operate company-owned vehicles Knowledge of CCL and SDRC regulations preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Work Schedule Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically aligned with program hours Work Location: Facility-based at INDayProgramsAC, with supervised community outings as needed Benefits & Compensation Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience Healthcare coverage (if eligible) Paid major holidays as specified by INDayProgramsAC, LLC Paid sick leave in accordance with California law and company policy Professional development and leadership training opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
