DENTIST OWNED. Dental Dreams is owned and operated by our original founding dentist. We have been in practice for over 20 years, making decisions based on what is best for our patients from a dentist’s perspective.

COMPENSATIONPermanent daily minimum guarantee
Up to $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
Current average compensation for this practice ranges from $300,000–$350,000+
