The work environment is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible approach to delivering care via telehealth services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents to identify their individual care needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to assist clients in addressing emotional struggles associated with the aging process, including anxiety, depression, and grief.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to develop cohesive care plans tailored for each resident.

• Provide education and support to the staff and families of clients, focusing on enhancing emotional well-being and improving the quality of life for elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and loss counseling for residents and their families, mastering techniques to help them cope with end-of-life challenges.

• Implement cognitive stimulation programs and evidence-based mental health interventions, aimed at promoting mental acuity and cognitive function in the elderly.

This position primarily serves senior clients, many of whom are dealing with significant life transitions, chronic illnesses, or the challenges of aging. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
