Senior RecruiterLocation: Houston, TexasType: Contract (6 plus months with potential to hire)Hourly Rate: $55.00-$60.00 W-2The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for corporate, operational, manufacturing, field support, and professional positions across the organization. Works as part of the Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced environment, partnering with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent. This role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.Duties:Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.Source and engage qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruiting strategies.Screen, interview, and assess candidates against position requirements and organizational needs.Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Provide hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications, experience, and organizational fit.Extend employment offers and support offer negotiations within established guidelines.Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, employment laws, and pre-employment requirements.Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system and related recruiting tools.Track recruiting activity and provide status updates to hiring managers and leadership.Participate in employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent acquisition projects as assigned.Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting processes and candidate experience.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high level of customer service.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas and position levels.Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.Experience using applicant tracking systems.Strong interviewing, negotiation, and candidate assessment skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to effectively partner with all levels of management.Strong interpersonal skills.Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team oriented environmentEducation:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
