Senior Manager of Strategic Operations

Responsibilities We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Senior Manager to join the Office of the COO and serve as a trusted partner to the VP, Strategic Operations In this highly visible role, you’ll help shape strategic priorities, lead planning and operating rhythms, and drive cross‑functional initiatives that improve execution across Crunchyroll’s global media and direct‑to‑consumer business You’ll work closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into action, developing executive communications, building decision frameworks, and creating the governance, insights, and accountability needed to keep the COO organization aligned on its highest priorities Drive strategic planning and roadmap development across the COO organization Lead the COO organization’s OKR process, planning cadence, and operating rhythms Build executive‑ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks that support leadership discussions Develop dashboards, reporting, and governance mechanisms that improve visibility into priorities, risks, and execution Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives from planning through execution Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving alignment and actions to accelerate progress Partner with Finance and People to support resource, workforce, and budget planning Represent the Office of the COO in cross‑functional forums, driving alignment and accountability across teams Partner closely with the VP, Strategic Operations on evolving priorities, executive communications, and special projects Benefits Receive a great compensation package including salary plus performance bonus earning potential, paid annually Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance Flexible time off policies allowing you to take the time you need to be your whole self Health care and dependent care FSA 401(k) plan, with employer match Support program for new parents Employer paid commuter benefit Health Saving Account HSA program Pet insurance and some of our offices are pet friendly! Qualifications Strong executive communication skills with experience developing C‑suite presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks. Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence decision‑making MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles Experience leading strategic planning, OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and executive operating cadences 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategic operations, corporate strategy, or business transformation, with experience in media, streaming, entertainment, or direct‑to‑consumer subscription businesses A structured approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Crunchyroll
