We are hiring a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations perform hotel room inspections manage and support housekeeping team members and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining brand and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager oversee daily housekeeping operations including guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Supervise train schedule and support housekeeping team members
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness quality and brand standards are met
• Manage staffing levels daily room assignments and team productivity
• Ensure proper use storage and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance regarding room status priorities and repair needs
• Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all safety sanitation and company procedures
• Report maintenance safety or supply needs to hotel leadership
• Maintain a clean organized and safe housekeeping work environment
• Lead by example and promote a positive respectful team culture

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Ability to lead motivate and train a diverse team
• Strong organizational time-management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines
• Availability to work weekends nights and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 lbs
