This full-time position offers a remote work setting, enabling you to provide essential support from the comfort of your own environment. Although you will primarily work from home, you may need to engage in occasional on-site responsibilities within the detox center as required. The work schedule generally aligns with normal business hours, with some flexibility for evening and weekend engagements during special events or community outreach initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored care strategies.

  • Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to facilitate recovery.

  • Develop actionable service plans that align with clients' goals, facilitating progress through consistent evaluation and modification of therapeutic strategies.

  • Advocate passionately for clients' rights and access to essential resources, connecting them with community support services and programs.

  • Engage in program development and evaluation, contributing to grant writing and reporting efforts to secure funding for enhanced services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals in various stages of substance use recovery. Many of these clients face complex challenges stemming from addiction, trauma, and socio-economic factors. Your role will be instrumental in supporting their mental health, offering a safe space for expression and healing. As you build therapeutic relationships, you will empower clients to regain control over their lives and advocate for their own recovery.

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), ensuring compliance with all professional standards.
