Paralegal

Job Description Provide substantial paralegal support to attorney in all aspects of family law cases. Draft, review, and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and memorandum of law. Assist in case preparation, including discovery, research, client meetings, and trial preparation. Maintain case calendar and monitor deadlines. Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other professionals in a professional and empathetic manner. Company Description -Associates degree or certificate in paralegal studies. -Minimum of two years' experience in a law firm setting, preferably in family law. -Familiarity with California family law and court procedures. -Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. -Minimal supervision.
