RN - OR Circulator

Assists surgeons and anesthesiologist and coordinates flow of equipment, supplies and staff during a surgical procedure. Assures patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care. Participates in patient care planning, assessment and nursing treatment. This position is represented by CNA.

requirement :

Day/Evening, 5 x 8s, M - F 0600 to 2030. Open to 4 x 10s. Schedule and start times rotate. ACLS, BLS, PALS required. Ortho, Neuro, and Trauma experience required. 1 plus years of experience. Call is at least 1 night per week and 1 weekend per schedule. Potentially more based on need.Education and Work Experience:Associate Degree(A.S.) or equivalent: RequiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing: PreferredOne year previous full time experience in the operating room: RequiredLicenses/Certifications:Current RN license in state of practice: RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: PreferredCertified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR): PreferredRegistered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
