What youll do

As an Associate Production Planner , you will own end-to-end order and production tracking across multiple brand channels, ensuring smooth execution from purchase order creation through final delivery.

Your impact will include:

• Managing purchase orders from creation, updates, and amendments through completion
• Monitoring on-order status, delivery timelines, and production milestones
• Coordinating with offshore teams to ensure accurate system updates (SAP / internal systems)
• Tracking dye, cut, and production dates to maintain on-time delivery performance
• Resolving order issues and supporting cross-functional problem solving
• Reviewing liabilities, cancellations, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation
• Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities
• Preparing reports, dashboards, and weekly production summaries
• Participating in cross-regional meetings and driving timely communication across teams
• Identifying risks early and escalating only when necessary

What you bring

• Bachelors degree (required)
• 13 years of experience in production, supply chain, planning, or related fields
• Internship experience in a corporate or retail environment is a plus
• Strong Excel skills (reporting, analysis, data tracking)
• Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable insights
