IT Financial Business Analyst

Supporting a Navy client onsite in Pensacola, FL, the full-time IT Financial Business Analyst will prepare and monitor IT Purchase Requests, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide procurement status updates while ensuring alignment with budget and technical specifications. Key responsibilities Prepare, submit, and monitor IT Purchase Requests while maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate procurement needs, tracking approval workflows and status updates Collaborate with financial analysts and IT teams to align purchases with budgetary constraints and technical specifications Required qualifications Ability to obtain active Secret Clearance Three years of professional experience in acquisition support, including preparing procurement packages Experience in conducting market research and acquiring vendor quotes Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and charts Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
