The world can’t wait.You Have:6+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform or Dynamics 3653+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staffExperience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targetsExperience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stageExperience working in Agile environmentsExperience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directlyAbility to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organizationAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degreeAgile PMP CertificationNice If You Have:Experience managing projects involving Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse or Dynamics 365 modulesExperience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworksExperience with cloud tools, including AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with planning and leading major technology or COTS software assignments to inform technical and business decision-makersExperience supporting user adoption, training, or change-management for LCNC solutionsPossession of strong written and verbal communication skillsPower Platform CertificationsScrum Master CertificationITIL CertificationVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
