Responsible for digital campaign growth, fulfillment, and client success.Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of digital campaign operations for GDM Atlanta. This role supports revenue growth by owning workflow execution across order setup, campaign coordination, reporting, billing alignment, and cross-functional follow-through. The position is designed to improve operational consistency, reduce errors, and create clear accountability across digital processes.Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Oversee digital order entry and workflow execution to ensure accuracy and completeness. Backup team members as needed.• Review campaign setup details, including coding, budgets, dates, delivery requirements, and platforms.• Manage campaign launch, transitions, optimizations, and stop-date execution• Ensure reporting for key accounts is delivered accurately and on time• Partner with sales, managers, corporate digital teams, creative services, billing, and other internal groups to move work through completion• Monitor open items, workflow bottlenecks, and pending requests to ensure timely resolution.
