Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally informed, allowing for tailored therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patients include members from the LGBTQ+ community, immigrants navigating the complexities of adaptation, and others who may have historically faced barriers in accessing mental health care. Your ability to connect with these individuals and tailor treatment plans to their distinct experiences will be critical in ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatments.

• Experience in delivering therapy with a demonstrated sensitive and responsive approach to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
