Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs accurately. You will develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress or emergency situations, applying clinical expertise and empathetic communication.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in the state of Arizona as one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building therapeutic relationships with a range of clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage caseloads and maintain comprehensive documentation efficiently.

• Cultural competence to effectively work with a diverse array of clients, demonstrating an understanding of how socio-economic factors influence mental health.
