Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture the unique experiences of your clients, leading to individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals from a variety of backgrounds—encompassing ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ persons, immigrants, and others facing barriers to mental health care. You will play a crucial role in creating an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood, enhancing their overall treatment experience and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, effective treatment methods, and cultural empathy in therapeutic contexts.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methodologies.

• Proven crisis intervention capabilities along with the ability to remain composed in challenging client situations.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
