Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Larson Counseling Center provides services tailored to a diverse patient population, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrants navigating unique cultural challenges. Our therapists are equipped to address a wide range of mental health issues while respecting each client’s cultural context, ensuring that care is not only effective but also resonant with patients’ individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT within the state of California.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methods, and best practices in culturally competent therapy.

• Prior experience delivering individual and group therapy within a diverse clinical setting using inclusive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
