Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served by Flourish Together, LLC includes individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, prioritizing a culturally competent approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

• Strong engagement skills and the ability to create rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient knowledge of telehealth practices and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
