This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while serving patients in an outpatient office model. Our practice hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that honor each patient's unique cultural and personal experiences. Utilize these assessments to craft personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Implement tailored therapeutic interventions, integrating knowledge of cultural backgrounds into individual, family, and group therapy sessions that support overall mental health and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, demonstrating calmness and professionalism during high-stress situations.

• Education plays a key role; furnish patients and their families with clear and practical information regarding mental health disorders, treatment alternatives, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records as required by legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through active participation in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions.

• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health treatment, integrating relevant cultural considerations into practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly as they pertain to culturally sensitive therapy.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy that respects and incorporates cultural considerations.
\n
• Proven crisis intervention skills with the ability to calmly support patients during challenging situations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of individuals.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
\n
• A strong commitment to ethical communication, professional boundaries, and confidentiality.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
