Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Roseville Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, leading to accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Providing crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive immediate support and resources.

• Maintaining up-to-date and confidential client records according to ethical and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create coordinated care strategies that support every client’s mental health journey.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs in various contexts.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following fields: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
