Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A robust understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, demonstrating cultural competence in clinical settings.

• Experience in delivering ethical individual and group therapy that respects and responds to cultural differences among clients.

• Strong crisis management skills, with the capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications for effective patient management.

• Commitment to upholding professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in group therapy facilitation and providing culturally responsive services is highly desirable. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will also be advantageous in meeting the varied needs of our patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
