Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, establishing clear clinical diagnoses based on established guidelines.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate to meet clients' individual needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques that foster open communication and trust among participants.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization for clients experiencing severe psychological distress or emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA and other legal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and available resources, advocating for client needs and navigating community support systems when necessary.

• Commit to professional development by staying current with best practices in mental health therapy through workshops, training, and continuing education.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer an attractive sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
