Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, preferences, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and collaboration with clients.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address various mental health issues.

• Engage in regular case consultations with multidisciplinary team members to review client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in EHR.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Begin Your Journey, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and emotional adjustments. Understanding the unique needs of our patient population is crucial for developing effective treatment strategies that foster meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure in Tennessee as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctoral-level Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and EHR systems.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on compassionate and effective client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating educational workshops for clients and families.

• Knowledge of community resources and referral networks to support clients outside of our services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
