Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and regular follow-up sessions with clients to monitor their mental health status and progress.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans for a diverse client population, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Assist clients in developing coping skills and strategies to manage their mental health challenges and improve their quality of life.

• Coordinate care by providing referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, for medication management as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools essential for telehealth service delivery.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with diverse populations, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
