Why This Senior Financial Analyst Opportunity Stands Out Highly visible FP&A role with exposure to senior finance and business leadership Opportunity to partner directly with operations and influence key business decisions Blend of financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic finance Strong emphasis on systems, reporting, and continuous process improvement Established global company with a collaborative culture and excellent long-term career growth What You'll Do Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Develop financial models and perform business and variance analysis Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and decision support Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and presentations Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance Help drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience Current Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis skills Experience partnering with operational or commercial business leaders Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems aptitude Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI, or similar ERP/reporting tools is a plus 8% target bonus Excellent long-term career growth opportunity Location West Metro (Hybrid - Tuesday through Thursday onsite) If you're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst opportunity where you can expand your FP&A experience, work alongside an outstanding finance leadership team, and make a meaningful impact within a global organization, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
