Contact Center Representative

LaSalle Network has recently partnered with a not-for-profit credit union based in the Chicago suburbs that primarily serves people connected to healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical associations.


Their team is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team, fully onsite in Lisle, IL.



Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment while handling a high volume of member inquiries
  
  
• Manage 80+ inbound calls per day, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely issue resolution
  
  
• Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan applications, and loan payments
  
  
• Assist members with banking services and loan processing inquiries
  
  
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant financial products and services based on member needs
  
  
• Meet a minimum monthly goal of 12 product/service referrals
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service-related issues
  
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous call center experience required, preferably in a high-volume environment
  
  
• Strong background in banking, financial services, credit unions, or loan processing required
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset
  
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of calls efficiently
  
  
• Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or making product/service recommendations is preferred
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience using financial systems, CRM platforms, or customer service software is a plus.

• Compensation: $20-21/hour
