Production Assistant

About the Position Black Book Executives Group is looking for a motivated and dependable Production Assistant to support the preparation and execution of live events and experiences in the Nashville area. This is an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team. The Production Assistant will help prepare event spaces, organize materials, support on-site production activities, and help ensure each event runs smoothly. Responsibilities * Assist with event setup and preparation before events begin. * Help prepare event spaces, displays, furniture, signage, and assigned production areas. * Organize and transport event materials to designated areas. * Support load-in and load-out activities during events. * Assist with arranging and resetting event spaces throughout the event. * Support the event team with on-site production needs as they arise. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous event, hospitality, production, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Professional and positive attitude. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods. * Ability to lift and move event materials safely when required. * Must be authorized to work in the United States.
