Financial Center Assistant Manager - Garner Financial Center

Job Description Manage a financial center (FC) in collaboration with senior team members, ensuring operational excellence, smooth teller line functioning, policy adherence, and performance improvement. Take leadership when teammates are absent. Responsibilities Manage client traffic, engagement and appropriate routing, fostering client retention. Manage business results through formalized management routines and coaching. Create a world class client experience environment. Manage market-level initiatives prescribed by market leaders. Drive operational excellence by engaging employees on business strategy. Manage organizational priorities and effective execution. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and results focus. Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships. Passion, commitment and drive to deliver client financial life improvement experience. Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed. Communicates effectively and confidently and comfortable engaging all clients. Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms. Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs. Follows established processes and guidelines to do right for clients and bank, adhering to laws and regulations. Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced environment. Interpret performance results, find opportunities to drive success and hold others accountable. Available to work weekends and extended hours; may be scheduled at any FC location within reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and industry knowledge of products and solutions. Experience in mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality. Experience in environment with individual and team goals routinely met or exceeded. Bilingual skills.
