Hourly Pay: $33.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45 a.m.-2:15 p.m.

- CNC Machine Operation - Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components.
- Blueprint Interpretation - Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining specifications.
- Tooling & Offsets - Adjust tool lengths, wear offsets, and machine parameters to maintain accuracy.
- Quality Inspection - Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools.
- Process Improvement - Identify machining issues, recommend improvements, and support continuous quality initiatives.
- CNC Machining Experience - 2+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment preferred.
- Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining best practices.
- Inspection Skills - Ability to use precision measurement tools with accuracy and consistency.
- Mechanical Aptitude - Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working with mechanical systems.
- Physical Requirements - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
