Peloton Workforce is currently seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client, a growing recreational supply company located in Batavia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, driving business growth, and earning strong commission income.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach
Present products and solutions to customers and identify their needs
Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Marketing experience is a plus
Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is beneficial
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $50,000
Expected first-year total compensation: $70,000–$75,000+
