Product Manager

HR INFLUENCE is eager to onboard a dedicated Product Manager to spearhead our product life-cycles from the conceptualization phase to the delivery. The ideal candidate should be able to fully understand the company's mission and lead the product team to success. The responsibility of driving product strategy, prioritizing features, and coordinating product schedules will be a significant part of your job. In addition to owning the strategy behind the product, you will be expected to lead cross-functional teams from the product's conception until its launch.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in association with senior management and stakeholders.Translate business strategy into product strategy.Oversee the product development process from inception to launch ensuring that the product aligns with the company's vision and meets market needs.Collaborate with various departments including Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to launch products and drive product adoption.Facilitate product training to internal teams including Sales and Customer Support to ensure product success in the market.Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and strategy.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
