Location: Clear Lake, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Department: Urogynecology

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Sr. Medical Assistant to support a leading healthcare organization in Clear Lake, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a certified Medical Assistant with strong clinical and administrative skills who enjoys assisting physicians, coordinating patient care, and helping a specialty clinic operate efficiently. Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.

   

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.

   

• Monitor and manage electronic in-baskets, including patient messages and provider requests.

   

• Assist physicians with procedures as needed.

   

• Document patient information, clinical activities, and visit details accurately in the medical record.

   

• Support quality initiatives and follow established clinical procedures.

   

• Contact patients for follow-up calls and communicate instructions as directed.

   

• Help maintain efficient patient flow and an organized clinical environment.

   

• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and healthcare team members.

   

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow established safety and infection control guidelines.

   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

   

• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience required.

   

• Previous Urogynecology experience preferred.

   

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required.

   

• American Heart Association (AHA) certification required.

   

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

   

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

   

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

   

• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused.

   

• Must successfully complete required drug and nicotine screening.

   

• This is a non-smoking facility.
