A growing community-based hospital is looking for a Director to oversee all aspects of Surgical Services. You’ll have the opportunity to streamline workflows, support a seasoned nursing team, and partner closely with the CNO on quality and growth initiatives.

What You’ll Lead:

• Day-to-day operations of multi-specialty surgical services
• Budget oversight, capital planning, and vendor relationships
• Staff hiring, retention, and development
• Performance improvement, safety, and regulatory readiness

Requirements:

• BSN required; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience required
• Strong grasp of ED workflows, regulatory standards, and resource optimization
• Experience managing teams, quality metrics, and financial operations
