Sales Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance routine, new, and ad hoc financial analyses aligned with evolving business needs

• Partner with the Senior Manager, Financial Operations to support strategic initiatives and special projects • Ensure compliance with internal control policies and financial governance standards

Core Technical & Analytical Capabilities

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience

• Advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis and cost modeling

• Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, data modeling); working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI

• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable business insights • Solid understanding of financial operations, including inventory flows (WIP, FG) and asset lifecycle management

• Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes

• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (operations, supply chain, engineering) • Strong data forensics and visualization skills to support executive-level communication

• Confident in stakeholder engagement, including internal teams and customer-facing discussions Execution & Ownership

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Proactive in identifying process gaps and driving improvements

Salary: $80.5K-$95K
