Manufacturing/Engg. Sales Order Analyst

Job Description:

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures within Sales Operations.

• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Daily responsibilities include quote and RMA creation in SAP, review and update sales order configurations.

• Additional responsibilities include review and retire gating items ("holds") prior to sales order shipments.

• Daily action items will require working with cross functional teams, finance, sales, and engineering.

• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.

• May lead and directs the work of others.

Experience:

• Proven work experience in a sales Operations or similar role.

• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.

• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.

• Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.

• Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.

• Business acumen.

• Organizational skills.

• Pipeline management.

Skills:

• SAP or similar CRM experience (preferred).

• Excel Expertise (preferred).

Education:

• Associate or relevant work experience.
