About our Agency: Our agency opened in 2008 and has grown into a team of 14 who are focused on building strong relationships and supporting one another. I started my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a clear understanding of what it takes to grow in this business and how to support team members along the way.

I'm married with five kids, including twins, and family is at the center of everything I do. We stay very active in sports and family activities, and that family-first mindset carries over into the culture of our office. I stay involved in the community through the local Chamber of Commerce, building connections and supporting local businesses and events.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
