As an educator, you must:
- Hold one of the following qualifications:
- BA in Early Childhood Education, or related field, or AA in Early Childhood Education, or related field Child Development Associate (CDA) (or at least 12 college credits in Education)
- Currently enrolled in a CDA or Associate's Degree program
- CPR/First-aid certification
- Have the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Experience working with young children; school-setting experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with technology for lesson planning and parent communication.
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with parents.
