Step into a dynamic school-based contract opportunity supporting students across a K-12 caseload. This role is full-time, 30 hours per week, with a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 12, 2026. The position is entirely onsite, offering the chance to deliver impactful occupational therapy services directly within an urban educational setting.

Candidates should be passionate about fostering student development and adept at adapting interventions to meet diverse needs. Success in this role requires comfort working within a city-centered school environment and the ability to collaborate closely with educational staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active occupational therapy license/certification in Pennsylvania
• Documented experience providing school-based occupational therapy services (no COTAs)
• Previous work with K-12 student populations
• Confident working in urban school environments
• Willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances before beginning assignment
• Prepared to provide licensure documentation during the present stage
• Able to participate in a Zoom interview
• Open to being informed about the school district name during the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based OT services to students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
