Make a meaningful impact supporting students at the middle and high school level in a dynamic school environment. This full-time, onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to utilize your SLP-CCC expertise while working with a diverse caseload. You’ll collaborate with educators and families in an urban district, helping students achieve their speech and language goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- School-based experience required, specifically with middle and high school students
- Familiarity with general SLP duties in a school environment
- Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
- Reliable transportation is a must
- Comfortable working in an urban district and location
- Available to work onsite between 7:15AM and 4:00PM; schedule flexibility or remote work is not available for this role
- Experience navigating various school environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement speech-language therapy interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students on assigned caseload
- Engage in regular communication with staff and families regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a supportive and engaging therapy environment for all students
This is a full-time, onsite position (35 hours per week) beginning as soon as possible and extending through June 10, 2027. Only candidates available to work onsite throughout the assignment will be considered.
