Elder Abuse Advocate & Case Manager — Field-Based
Wise & Healthy Aging
Wise & Healthy Aging seeks a full-time Elder Abuse Advocate for the HEART program, based in the Van Nuys area. The role provides field-based case management, counseling, and victim advocacy to elders and dependent adults, with duties across intersectional care teams in LA County. This position offers a mix of field visits and office work, with professional development in aging-related interventions.
